If you want to use a CASHlib voucher, I recommend starting with the website where you intend to pay. Check that it accepts CASHlib before entering your code. Buying a voucher from a shop and having a payment accepted by a merchant are separate steps, and keeping them separate makes questions easier to resolve.
Start with the voucher you actually bought
Keep the product name, currency and voucher value next to your order confirmation. Our CASHlib collection contains euro vouchers. The purchase price and the nominal amount of a code are separate figures.
For example, if your product is called CASHlib 20 EUR, use that full description when checking your purchase. I recommend comparing the order confirmation with the product you selected, rather than relying on the amount alone.
Check the merchant before entering a code
CASHlib works with participating online merchants. It is not a bank card accepted everywhere. Check the merchant’s payment page, the voucher conditions and any account requirements that apply to your intended purchase.
If CASHlib is absent from the payment options, my advice is to ask the merchant before buying another voucher. An English product page does not by itself establish compatibility with a country or service.
Follow the merchant’s payment instructions
- Check the amount and currency of the transaction you want to make.
- Select CASHlib if the merchant offers it for that transaction.
- Follow the instructions on the payment page to submit your voucher code.
- Check the confirmation before treating the payment as completed.
Keep the payment reference alongside your order reference. I recommend distinguishing these two records: one describes the voucher purchase, while the other describes its use.
Can identity checks apply?
The official CASHlib FAQ describes identity verification that may be requested during payment confirmation. Follow the official instructions where applicable; do not assume that using a prepaid code removes every verification requirement.
Check remaining value and the use-by date
For questions about remaining CASHlib balance or the status of a code, use CASHlib’s official website and support instructions. Review the voucher’s use-by date and applicable conditions, including any fees. I recommend checking these details before leaving a code unused for later.
If something does not work
If your question concerns a Fallen Player order, keep its order number and product details ready when contacting our shop. If the merchant rejects a payment, note the error, the merchant and the transaction reference so that you can describe the problem accurately to the relevant support team.
Do not post your full code in a public comment or send it to an unsolicited contact. My advice is to start with a clear description of the issue and use the appropriate support channel.
My checklist before the first payment
Check the full voucher name, currency, intended merchant, payment instructions and use-by conditions. Then keep your purchase confirmation and payment confirmation together. If you are still comparing brands, see our prepaid cards and vouchers.
