2. INSTALLATION AND START-UP OF LYCA

As it is a prepaid card, you must insert it into your telephone terminal -practically all of them are compatible today, but you can check yours at the Customer Service to the Client on the phone 956-929-999-.

Next, you must register your Lyca card. Once it is registered, you can activate it and, from there, start enjoying it. To register it, you must look for a form that you will find in the same packaging package as the card. You will need, for registration, to have your personal data available and to register, of course, as the owner of it.

Once registered, the next station is to choose how to activate it. You can do this either at the point of sale where you buy it, or at any authorized store, simply by showing your identification card. They’ll give you a form, you’ll fill it out, and… voila, the card is up and running.

You can also do all these steps, if you wish, via email: activatusim@masmovil.com. In order for the registration to be validated and you can start using the card, you must attach the form in the mail, an image of your ID or passport on both sides and some photos of the card you bought where the PUK and ICCID code will appear. (don’t be scared, they come very clear). They will answer your email immediately and, when they do, you will have the active card.

Of course, the easiest way to activate it is online. You go to the page of Lyca Mobile

Then in “activate your SIM”, they will ask you for the PUK and ICCID codes and, immediately afterwards, you must upload the photo of your document and, to know that it is you, you will have to take a selfie at that exact moment. Make yourself handsome 😉 Finally, you will fill in the form with the basic data and the data of the card you just bought. You will receive an SMS and it will tell you that you are already activated.

3. HOW TO RECHARGE THE LYCA CARD?

Okay, since you have the card activated, we are going to explain how you have to use it. First of all, of course, you insert it into the corresponding slot of the phone, write the pin codes and, if it is a card that comes with no balance, you must recharge it.
